Who can use RivTraMiS?
The Rivers State Ministry of transportation management information system was developed because of the need to bring order to the regulation, practice, and management of transportation in Rivers State. The aim is to ensure that transportation becomes an organized and veritable source of revenue for the two tiers of government in the state.
